I had a wonderful stay in a spacious room with a breathtaking view of the bay. The pool area was impressive, perfect for relaxing under the Miami sun. However, the service at times felt a bit inconsistent, which could use some improvement.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel had a beautiful view and was located very close to the main attractions, which was perfect for our sightseeing plans. The pool area was fantastic, and the gym facilities were impressive as well. However, we encountered some issues with the front desk staff, as they seemed unsure about the policies and pricing, which was quite frustrating. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but better service would have made it exceptional.

The dining options could be improved, particularly the cafeteria-style food offered at the Met Cafe. Overall, it’s suitable for a relaxed stay but needs consistency in service.
